Free Delivery On All Orders Over £85 !(before vat)
Delivery charges on orders below the FREE threshold level now start from just £4.95.

Delivery UK mainland addresses On all orders received on weekdays before 2:30pm we aim to deliver your order the very next working day or within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) from confirmation of your order, although it may not always be possible to do so. A delivery charge may be payable if your order is below £85 net (before VAT). You will be notified of any delivery charges when you place your order.
Acceptance of delivery All UK orders over 900g will be delivered via CityLink, Parcel Force, Special Delivery, TNT, or Business Post, a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery of your order. This signature will be proof that you or a person answering at the given shipping address has received the order. Ownership of the items in your order will pass to you on delivery to the given shipping address. If you know you will not be able to sign for delivery please either provide an alternative delivery address (where a signature can be obtained 8am to 6pm) before checkout, or under "comments about your order" in checkout state where the delivery may be left eg "Leave with neighbour". (Left subject to your local drivers discretion)) Please note as per our terms and conditions if delivery is to be left as requested without signature ownership passes on to you at that point.
Track Your Delivery(Using The Shipping Ref on your emailed delivery note on dispatch of your parcel)
Please ensure someone at the address entered for shipping to receive the parcel. If no-one is present a card will be left so you can contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. Note that normal delivery is between 8:30am and 6pm. We can not make tracing enquiries until the day after the delivery date
For Business Post Parcelforce, Recorded or Special Delivery and TNT deliveries you can also track the parcel at www.scrimcity.co.uk/tracking using the consignment number quoted on your emailed delivery note
