The area to be cleaned was only subject to foot traffic but had lots of small persistant grass growing between the blocks and covered in lichen. Plants were nearby and the whole area was sucessfully cleaned with just the power of water. We had to use the whirling flat surface cleaner for most of the clean so that the bedding sand was not disturbed. The whole area will now be resanded when fully dry this service is all included in the price quoted.

How much does it cost?


That depends on the size of the area to be cleaned. We will come out to view your property and give you a quote for your specific requirements.

But don't worry there's no obligation. We will leave and email, fax or post back a full written quotation showing exactly what you will pay including VAT if you wish to proceed. You can then book in a slot to have the work done.

As a general guide we have a minimum charge up to 30 m² for flat surface cleaning:

  • Patio's up to 30m² £50+vat and £1.50+vat per m² after that
  • Block Paving up to 30m² £65+vat incl resanding and £2.50+vat per m² after that (resanding with Kiln sand carried out on another dry day at no further charge)
  • Decking up to 30m² £55+vat and £2+vat per m² after that
  • Concrete up to 30m² £45+vat and £1.20+vat per m² after that

Other work includes, Fence cleaning, Conservatory cleaning, window cleaning ....

How do I pay?


It's easy and convenient. You can pay by cheque, BACS or call the office with your credit/debit card. You can even pay securely online. We do accept cash but no discount is given and vat will still need to be charged.
All work receives a full vat receipt.

Business customers will be invoiced for a regular service
